VEYSELOGLU Head Office Building | Baku, Azerbaijan
The project site is located next to the train line towards the famous Station Sabuncu on the outskirts of Heydar Aliyev highway.
The concept design revolves around the building function itself which means that is the building will be the head office for the VEYSELOGLU group of companies in Baku and at the same time, it will be the focal point between the rest of the branches in other cities, As if the building will act like a keystone crystal which is gathering jewels (other branches) together.

VEYSELOGLU HEAD OFFICE BUILDING / CONCEPT DESIGN | Baku, Azerbaijan
We started design with a simple glass box and split it into Integrated different masses (represent the VEYSELOGLU 's branches) connected to each other from the middle (the heart which is our head office).Then we started sculpting these masses and cutting their surfaces like gemstones to become triangular glass surfaces, reflecting the urban environment with different angles, which invites street-level viewers to experience the Surrounding in unexpected way. To highlight these diamond-shaped masses we removed the upper connecting parts. Thus they turned into open terraces on the upper level.
The building offers 9 floors of flexible office space; a ground-level office lobby and cafeteria; underground parking & plant rooms, a rooftop terrace and optional conference areas. The staff will enjoy such features as floor to ceiling windows offering stunning vistas of surrounding landmarks and green areas; abundant natural daylight; natural ventilation via opening windows; and outdoor terraces on the top floor.
