MIXED USE PROJECT - LOCATION: RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
The main wish of the client was a modern, unique and eye-catching building. The building offers 11 floors of flexible office space; the ground-level and the first floor are designated as a plaza (shopping mall); underground parking & plant rooms, and optional conference areas. The staff will enjoy such features as floor to ceiling windows offering stunning vistas of surrounding landmarks and green areas; abundant natural daylight.
